In the unlikely event that the item you receive has a fault because of craftmanship, please contact me so that I can arrange for repair of the item, refund or exchange.

Custom or personalized orders can't be accepted for returns

Shipping is free for domestic USPS First Class mail. If you need a different carrier, Express mail, insurance, delivery confirmation or overseas shipping, customs, duty fees please let me know BEFORE you order so we can get it all worked out up front.

 I ship items only after payment is received and do my best to get it in the mail in 1-5 days business days from date of purchases.

All packages are shipped in a small jewelry box in a padded envelope.

All of the items in my shop are hand made by me. Each and every item in my shop is my own design and is one-of-a kind. I often start by choosing gemstones, fossils and found objects and fabricate a piece of jewelry with Sterling Silver, copper or brass. My metals come to me in sheet or wire, and I create my pieces by sawing, texturing, shaping,  soldering and finishing. At other times I start with a concept and go from there.
